Do I receive a confirmation once my tickets are booked?
When your payment has completed you will receive an email receipt confirming the booking so please ensure you correctly input your email address.
I input my payment details I didn’t receive an email confirmation, have I got my tickets?
Sometimes email service providers send emails to your Junk folder; please check this before getting in touch to confirm your booking. Please do not book again as refunds can not be made.
What if my ticket is lost, destroyed or stolen?
If a ticket is lost, destroyed or stolen, it can not be replaced
Why does Jarir enforce a time limit when making purchases online?
Due to high demand, we've implemented a time limit during the checkout process. If you exceed the posted time on the page, the tickets you are holding are released for others to purchase. You have about 10 minutes in total to complete your purchase.
I have tickets to a canceled event. Can I get a refund?
The decision of whether or not to allow refunds is made by the promoter and we are usually contractually bound by the promoters’ refund policy. In most cases, the promoter will allow us to fully refund the ticket face value. If your event was canceled we will contact you by email or by phone to advise if a refund will be given and when.
Who handles refunds?
Jarir Bookstore assumes no responsibility for making any such decision, and will have no responsibility to issue refunds. However, if a refund is issued, then it will be Jarir who will process refunds for those tickets sold through tickets.jarir.com .
What if I don't receive my tickets?
If you do not receive your tickets by 3 business days prior to an event, please contact support@halayalla.com
