Your booking can be canceled with a 100% guaranteed refund if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time.
Conditions for Registration in Entertainment Programs (Enrichment Program)
The subscriber is not entitled to freeze, transfer or refund the subscription amount.
In the event of absence and official holidays provided by the state, there is no compensation for classes. The subscriber has the right to receive compensation for their sessions in the event that the center is the cause of the delay.
The center has the right to replace the trainer if necessary.
Filming inside the center is strictly prohibited, it is forbidden to use a mobile phone for purposes other than the necessary communications purposes, and any abuse of its use is subject to confiscation by the administration.
The Center is not responsible for any lost items.
It is strictly forbidden for visitors or nannies to enter the classrooms.
It is strictly forbidden for nannies to attend or wait inside the center for any child over 5 years old, the nanny is allowed to enter and receive the child only, (waiting inside the center is not allowed).
Children who are still wearing diapers are only allowed to participate in the Kids Club program.
Summer camps do not include meals.
In case of circumstances that would impede the program's progress as mandated, the Center reserves the authority to terminate the subscriber's subscription.

I, the parent of the participant, acknowledge:
I am fully aware of the type of sports activity provided, and the damage and injuries that exercise and the use of sports equipment may cause is beyond the control and responsibility of the organization, and I acknowledge that the participant can exercise without any health problems that prevent this, and I hereby absolve the Learning Zone and its entire staff of any responsibility.
