- The reservation can be cancelled and refunded up to 5 days before the travel date, with a 15% administrative fee deducted from the refund amount.
- The reservation cannot be cancelled within 5 days of the travel date.
- The cancelled reservation amount can be used to book another trip.
- If a portion of the cancelled trip amount is used to book another trip and the rest is refunded, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- If "traventure" cancels the trip due to insufficient number of participants or force majeure, the full amount will be refunded.
