"Cancelation by customer: Cancelation received 5 Days or more before the trip kick-off will be eligible for a 100% refund or 100% credit for future trips. Cancelation received more than 2 days, but less than 5 Days before trip kick-off will incur a penalty of 25% per person and 75% will be used as credit for future trips. Cancelation received more than 1 Day, but less than 2 Days before trip kick-off will incur a penalty of 50% per person and 50% will be used as credit for future trips. Cancelation received within 1 Day of trip kick-off will incur a penalty of 75% per person and 25% will be used as credit for future trips. By Shamal: If the trip is canceled by Shamal, a 100% refund is to be sent to the customer. If the trip is canceled by out-of-control circumstances including but is not limited to, natural disaster or other force majeure circumstances, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of equivalent services or a full refund. Covid-19: If there’s a complete lockdown,  will refund 100% to the customer If there’s a proven positive Covid-19 case in one of the trip's registered guests, the trip will immediately be canceled, and a full 100% refund will be sent to the customer.
