7 Days before the event date
1. Full (100%) refund (payment fees or transfer commissions to be borne by customer) for cancellations at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
2. Partial (50%) refund for cancellations within 3 – 6 days (business days) of arrival (payment fees or transfer commissions to be borne by customer). The amount of the refund will be determined based on the expenses incurred by the company.
3. No Refund for cancellations made 2 business days prior to arrival date.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for booking. Please allow 7[seven] business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
