If you wish to cancel an experience after it has been confirmed, you must notify us in writing by email as soon as possible.
If you apply for a change order or cancelation 7 days before the experience or less, a 100% cancelation fee is applied.
If you apply for a change order or cancelation 8 or more days before the experience, you will be liable for a cancellation fee of 20% of the full amount of the trip.
