5 Days before the event date
- The reservation can be canceled and the amount refunded up to 5 days prior to the trip date, with a 15% administrative fee deducted from the refund.
- The canceled booking amount can be used to book another trip.
- If a portion of the canceled trip amount is used to book another trip and the remainder is refunded, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
